We always try to use quality local Welsh produce where possible. Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 9.00 am only. We now operate a pre-order system, please make you selection with time - the night before and leave it on the desk by 8.30pm. This cuts down on wastage and makes our lives easier. Thank you for your understanding. Please note everything freshly cooked from your pre-order and served when you arrive at your table. Relax & enjoy the Africa Room.

We also have Tomato and Brown Sauce, Mustard, Worcestershire sauce etc on the tray on the side board. 

Electric condiment sets loaded with sea salt and black pepper corns - just press the button on the top. 

Please ask if you would like something different and we will do our best to try and provide it for you. 

Occasionally our chef may have a special for you (for example our delicious fish cakes).
